I've never had to diet my whole life, just ate in moderation and exercise three times a week. But after I turned 35, I noticed I started to gain some weight, though my eating habits didnt' change and I still exercised three times a week. So I started using CLA about a year ago, and the fat fell off. SLOWLY, but it did, and I am now back to my normal self. I take this three times a day with every meal and continue to eat right and exercise three times a week. The capsules are easy to take. The customer service is also superb and very reliable with Wellness Partners.

I never thought I would be back into a size 12!!! I took this product a year ago, but like so many of us, wanted instant results & lost interest in it. About 2-1/2 months ago I decided to try it again & this time I read and follow the directions and GUESS WHAT? It works! My body is slowly shrinking. I went to buy some new jeans and the 16's fell off me. So I went with a 14. Then the 14's started bagging. I bought some Capri's yesterday and I got 12's. I was crossing my fingers too. Yea! They fit and not too tightly either! I work out 2 or 3 times a week. For about 30 mins. I walk & just last week started riding a bike. DO IT! GET HEALTHY. Use Tonalin CLA. It works!
